Wall mounted electric space heaters

The VENV series of wall mounted electric space heaters are quiet, compact fan heaters designed for permanent installation in industrial premises, drying rooms, warehouses, workshops, factory units, etc.

They have built in thermostats, on/off and output selector switches, and are supplied ready for installation with an adjustable mounting bracket.

Approvals for VENV wall mounted electric space heaters

The VENV range of electric space heaters have been independently tested in accordance with:

LDV Directive: EN60335-1 and EN60335-2-30
EMC Directive: EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61000-6-3
EMF Directive: EN50366

The VENV range has CE and GOST approval.

Electricity connection

VENV wall mounted space heaters are intended for permanent connection and must be installed by a suitably qualified person in accordance with local wiring regulations. They should be connected via an all pole isolator switch preferably fitted with an indicator light.

The VENV3 requires a 230v single phase supply.

The VENV5, VENV9 & VENV15require a 400V 3 phase and neutral supply. They cannot be used on a 230V single phase supply.

Our VENV space heaters are designed for UK and European 50Hz electricity supplies, they cannot be used on American 60Hz supplies.

Guarantee

VENV wall mounted electric space heaters are built in the EU to the highest standards, and we are confident they will provide many years of trouble free service. However, in the unlikely event a fault does occur, they have a 1 year return to base parts and labour guarantee.

Fan operation

VENV fan heaters are supplied with the fan configured to run continuously while the heater is turned on, with the elements turning on and off as required by the thermostat. This is the recommended mode of operation, because the air in the room is being constantly mixed, which helps to stop the air stratifiying and hot and cold spots forming. It also allows the fan to be run without heat in the summer to create a cool breeze.

Alternatively, your installer can configure the fan to run only when the elements are on, in which case you will not be able to use the fan without heat.
